Is it safe to say that whomever made "Operation Blackjack" might know something?
In my opinion this is pretty scary. The TV series 'Jericho" was very similar to this operation Blackjack and in my opinion there has to be ties between the two.
I believe that the code of the TPTB is to warn people before acting. The "Lone Gunman" was a pilot that aired in the summer of 01' in which terrorists crashed passenger jets into the twin towers.

If it is indeed a case of predictive programming we are dealing with, than its designers leave little for the imagination to chew on. Could it be, as some believe, a warning beforehand consistent with the tendency of the elite to throw out lengthening shadows on events to come? June 1, 2010 SJR– To those who think that Operation Blackjack, that comic series published by the London Telegraph last year, was just a sick joke; It may come as a shock to learn that an earlier warning has been discovered and decoded. There are those that believe that the Illuminati publish their plans in encrypted ways, because it is necessary by their ‘order’ to involve us in the blood sacrifice? Perhaps by exposing their evil plans they will choose not to execute them.
Buried in the mysterious hexadecimal codes throughout the operation blackjack series, were several hidden messages. One of those messages indicated that the comic slide show was our FINAL WARNING. So, it stands to reason that if operation blackjack was the final warning, that there must have been another earlier warning that was missed.
What follows is a very scary discovery and analysis of an “odd” terrorist article published in a Capitol City in West Africa that predates the so called, “operation blackjack spoof.” It all started when a researcher found a strange article titled, “Major terrorists head to court.” (1)
This terror article was broken down into sections and decoded. The executive summary of the final decoded message is:
Section A - The [nuclear] winds are on the agenda for 6/23/2010.
Section B - S.O.S. the [nuclear] bombs will be hidden in the rooftop heating & cooling systems.
Section C - Nine al-Qaeda pasties will be blamed for the attacks against the westerners.
Section D - The radical pasties planned the attack for four years and came from three nations.
Section E - This is an Emergency Action Message signed by a hidden Illuminati Marker.
Section F - In 2010, mass repentance [faith resurgence] as an outcome of this spiritual dialogue.
The actual decoding is very complex and may be posted in its entirety in a separate post. However, the following items were decoded and found contained within the terror article:
* The number “33" Illuminati marker of authentication.
* The article claims that the terrorist shot tourist on December 24, 2007.
* Then the article is decoded to warn of “dangerous winds” 912 days later, which happens to be June 23, 2010. [Note: Operation Blackjack indicates June 22, 2010 but hidden in its images is a code to add a day. Also, 6/23/10= 6+2+3+10 = 21 Blackjack!]
* Then even spookier is the fact that 912 days after 6/23/10 is 12/21/12 = Doomsday!
* The article talks about the FOUR who got killed and the ONE who got injured, and this was decoded to mean the event will kill: England, Canada, United States, and Mexico. The article hints that an attack on an Israeli Embassy will leave it wounded.
Anyone reading the article may wonder how Section B was decoded. Take a good look at the names of the suspected terrorists. Their initials are: SOS, MOC, MOH. This was decoded as: SOS=HELP, MOC/MOH are very common acronyms for rooftop heating and cooling units. It makes sense that someone posing as a ‘repair man’ could hide suitcase nukes on rooftops in these units without rasing suspicions. Detonation from the top of tall buildings adds to the ‘damage’ radius and enhances visual effects to be used in the ‘shock’ and ‘awe’ media propaganda.
However, I wonder if the "rooftop heating and cooling systems" in itself may not be a codeword for the sky... could this be a planned EMP attack, with nuclear devices exploded in the atmosphere?
It seems logical when you see they say that England, Canada, the US, and Mexico will "die." Could it be lights out for the whole North American continent?
I know, scary, but just a thought.

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department has failed to put together an adequate plan for responding to an attack involving weapons of mass destruction, the inspector general at the agency said Tuesday. In a new report, the IG said the department does not assign a single entity or individual responsibility for managing a response to a WMD incident. The report said there are no specific operational response plans for a WMD event in place at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; the Drug Enforcement Administration; or the U.S. Marshals Service. None of those three Justice Department components provides training for responding to a WMD incident or regularly participates in WMD response exercises, the report also stated. "We found the response planning among all the components, including the FBI, to be inconsistent and not well coordinated," Inspector General Glenn Fine said. Only the FBI has taken adequate steps to prepare a response to a potential WMD strike, the IG added. The Justice Department agreed that it should do more to coordinate emergency response activities.
Strange that this just came out. I guess someone realized that there were no plans for a WMD attack and decided to let us all know.
For those that don't think that terrorist attacks happen, and that they don't advertise them before said event will be well advised to remember 9-11 and the myriad of warning signals that came out before this major event, including television shows, such as the Simpsons, etc...

Now upon going through both the slides and the source code of the slides I didn't see any hex code at all, but the I thought about one of the last few slides in part 5 it shows an ID card and there is a rather large number as well, upon close inspection of this number I noticed that it was indeed hex code, so I found a translator that would turn it into text and plugged it in and I got an interesting result.

FACT: There also just so happens to be a full moon lunar eclipse on June 26, 2010, and a new moon solar eclipse on July 11, 2010. This band extends out for almost 4 miles and has an overpressure of 1 psi. at its outside edge. At the inner edge there will be light to moderate amounts of damage to unreinforced buildings of brick and wood. Reinforced structures and commercial buildings will receive light damage at most. This band extends out to the site of the former World Trade Center and the Statue of Liberty in the south, across the East River into Queens in the east, and across the Hudson River to New Jersey.Casualties
Though this ring covers an additional 30 square miles, much of this area is over water or less densely populated areas. The affected population in this ring is estimated to be 500,000. There will be almost no fatalities in this ring and only a small percentage, roughly 30,000, will receive injuries from the thermal pulse. Flashblindness and permanent retinal injuries from the blast will extend out beyond 20 miles. A surface explosion will produce much more early fallout than a similarly sized air burst where the fireball never touches the ground. This is because a surface explosion produces radioactive particles from the ground as well as from the weapon. The early fallout will drift back to earth on the prevailing wind, creating an elliptical pattern stretching from ground zero out into Long Island. Because the wind will be relatively light, the fallout will be highly concentrated in the area of Manhattan just to the east of the blast. In this simulated attack we have assumed that New York is the only city attacked and that there is nothing to prevent state and federal agencies from concentrating their resources on bringing aid to the devastated area. Though the cleanup and decontamination of the most severely damaged and radioactive areas would take years, much immediate aid could be obtained from the outside.Access
Manhattan is an island connected to the rest of New York and New Jersey by tunnels and bridges. Many of these access points will be affected to some degree by the blast. The Lincoln and Queens Midtown Tunnels are both in the 10 psi. ring and would likely be damaged or blocked by debris. The Queensboro Bridge is in the 5 psi. ring and would likely be damaged. The remaining tunnels and bridges all fall in the 2 or 1 psi. rings and might receive some light damage but would likely be usable. The rescue effort from outside would be further hampered by people trying to flee the area. In general, help from the outside would be slow in coming.Medical Effects
With almost 900,000 people injured to various degrees, the task of caring for the injured will be beyond the ability of the medical system to respond. All but one of Manhattan's large hospitals lie inside the 5 psi. ring and would be completely destroyed. There aren't enough empty hospital beds in all of New York and New Jersey for even the most critically injured. The 1 psi. ring alone has an estimated 30,000 burn victims that will need specialized care. The entire country has a total of 3000 beds in burn centers. In the days to follow it is likely that many of the injured will die from lack of any medical care.Utilities
Most of Manhattan will be without utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewage). Out to the edge of the 2 psi. ring, damaged buildings and the resulting debris will make repairs very difficult, if not impossible, for several weeks. It is likely that the stress to the power system will temporarily knock out power to an area much larger than that directly affected by the blast.Rescue and Recovery
Transportation of the injured and the ability to bring in the necessary supplies, people and equipment will be dependent on the condition of the tunnels and bridges that connect Manhattan to New York and New Jersey. As discussed in Access, these points will be blocked or damaged to varying degrees, except at the far north and south tips of the island. The main train station lies in the 10 psi. ring and would be completely destroyed. Once access is established then true rescue work can begin.It is likely that many tens of thousands of people would become homeless. Creation of temporary shelter would be among the first recovery tasks after all the trapped and injured had been found and cared for. True recovery for New York would take many years. Some areas would remain dangerously radioactive and would have to be cleaned up at tremendous cost or be abandoned for many years to come. Even without the radioactivity it is likely that New York City would never fully recover to its present status as one of the country's leading financial and cultural centers.

While this simulation of a 150 kiloton nuclear explosion contains many assumptions, and the uncertainty associated with any of the estimates is large, a number of points stand out:

The images themselves are artistically inferior, depicting major ‘terrorist’ attacks both in Europe and the continental United States. But the artistry- or lack of it- is less interesting than the intent. In the vulgar display we witness a plethora of horrific events across the globe, igniting not only utter chaos and devastation but also a “Union of North America” (UNA), created to combat the calamities and consolidate an Anglo-American government with extraordinary authority over its people. One aspect of the gallery that is especially intriguing is the abundance of Illuminate-symbols with which the pictures have been spray painted: several references to a “New Dawn”; a policeman wearing a Nazi-style eagle on his hat accompanied by the new flag under which the “Union of North America” operates; the eye, the sun, a snake biting its own tale.Infowars

For those unfamiliar with operation blackjack, here’s a short summary of the playbook: beginning on June 21, a van pulls up with the ominous ‘New Dawn Presentations’ painted on the side. At the same time the London police are put on high alert as they move to raid the homes of several ‘terror suspects’. On the early morning of the following day, it begins. Pandemonium. Nukes go of in every major city in the Northern hemisphere and a grim sequence of ‘attacks’ commences. All major cities fall victim to exploding mini-nukes, leaving once familiar and thriving communities in utter ruin. One graphic shows two men bent over their desk gasping at the sight of the events unfolding and proclaiming their readiness to moving into ‘phase 2’. In the following weeks Marshall Law is being implemented in both Britain and the United States, inevitably resulting in all-out tyranny. Finally, in the fifth episode of the curious mini-drama, the true perpetrators behind the attacks are exposed as the UNA-people themselves, false-flagging their way towards the endgame: global government.
At first glance the picture gallery seems to depict nothing but poorly illustrated mushroom clouds and other archetypal images of doom towering over familiar landmarks. As the months drew on, the story evolves as the emerging super state replaces the initial horror of the “attacks”. This also very meticulously follows the plausible storyline of problem-reaction-solution, where government creates the terror, the people demand action, and the state subsequently strips the last shreds of freedom from the people.
It is therefore more than likely that operation blackjack is a psyop directed specifically at those who are already aware of the reality of false flag operations. Admitting that such operations do indeed exist, the operatives provide precise dates and places, inspiring their target audience to enter a forest of details like mice trapped in a maze. That’s why the operation is so elaborate in its details. The people who are being lured inside the maze find a fresh clue around every corner, directing them to the next clue and the next and so on, until he is so far in he can no longer discern the contours of the maze he is trapped in. The specifics therefore function as blinders for the truth seeker, obscuring the big picture and exhausting him in the process. We have to hand it to the architects of the game. By every so often planting easily decipherable hexadecimal codes into the maze, they keep the viewers guessing as they grasp at every clue that is laid in front of them. The same goes for the many references to the Illuminati woven not very subtly into the script.
In this sense operation blackjack may be described as an example of the new and improved version of predictive programming, as the target audience is not so much sensitized to real events underway, but rather to the anticipated event not coming to pass. In the end the viewers sit down underneath a tree, completely exhausted from their quest, and realise that the predicted date they focused on has long since past without anything occurring. As a result, they will think twice about following clues again lest they will embark on another such wild goose chase. And then, when a large part of the awoken has turned to other matters, the globalists can commence with their next false flag attack in full impunity.
